Teacher & Cultural association National Award Education 2015
My first abroad teaching experience was in Jupiter Primary School, Palm Beach (Florida, USA) to the teacher visitor program. I started the dual language program, in 2005 It was the first time in my teaching carrier that I was observed and I got feedback from my teaching practise but the most important I watched teachers working learner-centred approach.
I don’t see the way to keep using didactic approach or teacher approach, the teacher is not the centre of the class, he/she is not the most important, the teacher should be a facilitator and the most important the learning process and the learners.
