My first abroad teaching experience was in Jupiter Primary School, Palm Beach (Florida, USA) to the teacher visitor program. I started the dual language program, in 2005 It was the first time in my teaching carrier that I was observed and I got feedback from my teaching practise but the most important I watched teachers working learner-centred approach.
I don’t see the way to keep using didactic approach or teacher approach, the teacher is not the centre of the class, he/she is not the most important, the teacher should be a facilitator and the most important the learning process and the learners. There is no sense to try to keep all the class in the same level and listening to instruction and repetition. Students have to build their own learning process by them self and of course, everyone is different.
